Bulk Import Properties
Use this page when you have several properties ready for Listados and want the office to import them for you. Download the example XLSX file, fill one row per property, prepare the image folders, then contact the office by WhatsApp when everything is ready.
We can also import properties from ANY site where you already have them posted now. Send the office the site details on WhatsApp and we will review the best import path.
How To Prepare The File
- Keep the header row exactly as it appears in the example XLSX.
- Add one property per row. Required fields must be filled before import.
- Create an images folder beside the spreadsheet. Inside it, create one folder per property.
- The property_folder_name value must match the folder under images. Keep the folder name 10 characters or less.
- Put that property's photos in its folder. Use image files only: JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WEBP. Maximum 20 photos per property. Photos are imported alphabetically, and the first image alphabetically becomes the main image.
- For amenities, enter the amenity names in the amenities column separated by |, for example Pool|Water|Electricity.
- When the XLSX and image folders are ready, contact the office on WhatsApp for review and import.
